Who we are

rovalune.com is operated by Fancyup Inc., trading as Rovalune ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT or GST. Delivery is free. Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Products and use

Our products are everyday aids, not medical treatments. Read the instructions before use. The Airway Kit is an extra layer of preparedness and never replaces first aid or calling emergency services (000 in Australia, 111 in New Zealand, 999 or 112 in the UK and Ireland). Do a patch test before using a tattoo design.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it.
